Ewers are great additions to the kitchen for storing and serving oils, dressings, or syrup. Each ewer was handmade with wheel thrown clay components and a coil built section. The porcelain clay is raw and unglazed on the exterior of the peice to showcase the beauty of the clay itself and the coils. Two coils are colored with a ceramic pigment that is hand mixed into the clay before it is coiled. The interior of the piece is lined with a clear matte glaze that is food safe, and dishwasher safe. The nichrome wire lid handle and the lid catch prevent this ewer from being dishwasher safe.

Measures 8 inches high x 5.5 inches x 4.25 inches
Holds 22 ounces. Do not fill past the top coil. The top section of this piece does not hold liquid, it simply was designed to be more comfortable for your hand to hold and pour.
