Each mug was hand built using the coil building technique. The porcelain clay is raw and unglazed on the exterior of the mug to showcase the beauty of the clay itself and the coiled construction method. The interior of the piece is lined with a clear matte glaze that is food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
